is a boutique recruiting firm located in Midtown Manhattan.
We specialize in placing
Network Infrastructure Engineers and Software Engineers in full-time, permanent positions in the New York Metro Area.
Our Network Infrastructure team is currently looking to fill Multiple
Linux Administrator and Engineering
positions in the Manhattan area.
Our client, an online video advertiser located in Manhattan, is hiring for a
Senior Linux Administrator/ MySQL Database Administrator (DBA)
to join their team.
Candidates for this role must have the following qualifications:
•5+ Years experience with Linux administration and engineering in a 100+ server environment, preferably with Redhat
•Strong experience with MySQL database administration including: master-master/ master-slave replication, tuning, creating queries, triggers, and stored procedures
•Experience with networking devices: Cisco routers and switches, VPN, DNS
•Experience with Apache is a Plus
Candidates for this position will be responsible for providing in house support to the MySQL database environment as well as support for the Linux Redhat server environment. Candidates will also be responsible for leading projects, coordinating with the development team, and troubleshooting issues.
